I am the chairperson of a strata complex of 80 units. We have been using Joe's gutter cleaning, maintenance and repair services for the last four (4) years. We have found Joe to be honest, capable, trustworthy and above all good at his job. I would recommend Joe's services to any other strata complex that requires a maintenance man that turns up when he says so, does what he says he will do and always stays within the budget allowed. In my humble opinion, he is one of the good guys, not trying to get as much money as possible from any complex.
